Receive up to £500 through the small grants programme
Lambeth Food Partnership is offering the borough’s grassroots groups up to £500 to help meet its aim that “everybody in Lambeth will be able to eat well and make food choices that nourish them, their community, and the environment“. The total fund is £5,000 for projects across Lambeth and £2,500 ring-fenced for projects in the Food Five Ways area.
When? The deadline for applications is 11:59pm, 6th April.
Who is eligible? Any grassroots or community-focussed group/organisation who is working directly with Lambeth residents in the areas of:
- Community food growing or nature friendly food spaces
- Addressing food insecurity
- Waste reduction
- Education around food and nutrition
- Community food businesses e.g. community kitchen, café, food truck
- Providing wraparound support to communities
You will need to be able to demonstrate you have a business bank account which money can be paid into – this can be your own or through a hosted organisation, charity or group.
